Selected papers from the conference will be published in a special issue of Journal of Business Ethics.

Best paper awards will be given.

Deadline for 2-page summary/full paper 15th May, 2006
Notification of accepted papers 15th June, 2006
Deadline for early-bird registration 31st July, 2006
Deadline for full paper / revised full paper (Note 1) 22nd August, 2006
Deadline for regular registration (Note 2) 15th September, 2006
Conference 1st-3rd November, 2006

 

Note 1: In order to allow time for the selection of Best Paper Award and to shortlist papers for the special issue of Journal of Business Ethics (JOBE), the deadline for submission of full papers/revised full papers is  22 August 2006 (Tuesday). The submission guidelines can be downloaded from the website at www.springer.com.  The final selection of papers for the special issue of JOBE will be done after the Conference.
 

Note 2: In order to allow sufficient time for printing the Programme and Proceedings, you need to register and settle the payment fee to confirm your participation.  The new deadline for registration and fee payment for authors who intend to have their full papers to be included in the  Programme and Proceedings is 15 September  2006 (Friday).    If you do not want your paper to be included in the Programme and Proceedings, please indicate it in the respective item on the registration form.  Please send the registration form  to the Conference Secretariat (University of Macau) by e-mail at ethconf@um.edu.mo or by fax at (853) 838-320 .

Post-Conference Tour 

Due to insufficient number of enrolled participants, the One-day Post Conference Tour to Zhuhai will been replaced by a half-day Macau World Cultural Heritage Tour on November 4, 2006.

Details of the tour:

  • Pick up at appointed venue (08:30 a.m.)
  • Ruins of St. Paul, Monte Fort
  • Old City Wall, Walking Tour to Leal Senado Square
  • Macau Tower (Visit Level 58 + 61)
  • A Ma Temple
  • End of Tour, Drop off at appointed venue at (12:30 p.m.)
